Join us for a profound monthly deep dive into holotropic breathwork and sound healing. This community gathering is an invitation to wipe the slate clean—a dedicated time to safely process stored emotions, relieve chronic stress, and gently soothe the weight of anxiety.
Breathwork, known as Pranayama in the yoga traditions, is an ancient practice of devotion to the life force within you. Today, Western science recognizes this exact practice as the master key to regulating the autonomic nervous system. Whether viewed through the lens of ancient Bhakti yoga or modern neurobiology, the results are measurable, repeatable, and deeply transformative.
By actively shifting your physiology, you move out of the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) and into a parasympathetic state (rest and digest). This shift allows you to move out from the whims of your thinking, analytical mind, and drop safely into a heart-centered, balanced life. You are put back in the driver’s seat.
What is Waiting For You:
Expert Guidance: Led by certified practitioner Michael Fireborn, bringing over a decade of experience in safely guiding these inner explorations.
The Breath: Active, guided holotropic breathing designed to oxygenate the body, clear energetic blockages, and expand your consciousness.
The Sound: A customized, deeply immersive sound bath featuring crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, etc.. The acoustic frequencies work on a cellular level to enhance emotional release and heighten your sensitivities, allowing you to feel and heal like never before.
This is your invitation to learn how to human with grace. If you are ready to leave feeling lighter, happier, and in deep alignment with your higher self, your family, and your community, reserve your spot today.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
THIS IS A NO FRAGRANCE SPACE
Please do not wear any artificial perfume or cologne fragrances. We want all of our people to be comfortable so please refrain from wearing artificial fragrances like perfumes and colognes. People have been turned away before so please honor this request.
WHAT CLOTHING TO WEAR
Please wear comfortable loose fitting clothing to your session. You want to make sure you are comfortable for your experience so loose fitting, warm natural fiber clothes is highly recommended.
COME ON AN EMPTY STOMACH
Please do your best to come on an empty stomach. This request is of the utmost importance if you want to get the most out of your session. If you come with food on your stomach it is much harder to experience a breakthrough—which is what we are aiming for. It’s best to not have any solid food at least 4-hours before your session. The more time you can have before your session without solid food, the better. If you want to fast or drink only juice the day before, that would be a very beautiful and sincere effort coming into your session.
SET A CLEAR INTENTION
Before you come to your session please take time to sit and meditate on what your intention is for coming to the ceremony. The clearer you are with your intention the more you will gain from the experience. Your intention can be anything from wanting to relieve yourself from past trauma to wanting to heal something specific in your physical body or mental capacity. Only you know what is best for you so… physician heal thyself.
Here are some examples of intentions.
Lord, please help me find peace from the passing of my mother/father, etc.
Divine Mother, please help me be a better parent, lover, brother, sister, etc.
Heavenly Father, I ask that you help me surrender my dependency on alcohol.
Great Spirit, please help me gain more confidence and help me speak up for myself.
Universe, I am asking for help getting over my Ex-lover, I’m ready to move on with my life.
BRING AN ITEM FOR THE ALTAR
It’s not an absolute must but if you feel called it would be beautiful if you brought something to place at the altar. For each ceremony, we create an altar for people to place their photos of loved ones, flowers, or any other items that hold significance in your life. Often times the item you place at the altar may have something to do with your intention. Please remember to take your altar item home with you once the ceremony is over. As a side note: More flowers are always welcome!
HYDRATION
Please bring a water bottle so you can stay hydrated during our time together.
BEDDING AND COMFORT ITEMS
You will have a dedicated space for your journey with padding to lay on, a blanket, pillow, and eye covering. Please bring anything extra that you want to be comfortable e.g., an extra blanket, padding, personal eye covering, stuffed animal, pillow, crystals, sheep skin, etc.
JOURNAL
Often times during these sessions people experience beautiful and meaningful insights and intuitions that if not written down may be lost after the ceremony has ended. It’s a good idea to bring a journal and something to write with. We will make time for everyone to journal afterward. If you’ve ever woken up from a dream and had such a clear insight only to have forgotten what it was after getting out of bed, the same thing can happen after the ceremony. We strongly encourage you to journal so your insights are not lost to the wind.
KEEP AN OPEN HEART WITH NO EXPECTATIONS
Often times people can come to the ceremony with all sorts of ideas in their head about what is supposed to happen. It’s best to come with an open heart and mind free from expectations, wants, or desires. The key to a great ceremony is to simply trust the process. That is to say, trust that you are going to receive precisely what you are supposed to receive. The very fact that you are interested in this work and have shown up is a huge step. It is common for most people to return again and again to these breathwork sessions building momentum each time and getting deeper and deeper into the cleansing and healing process.
POST-SESSION SELF-CARE
After the ceremony is over it is very important that you take some time by yourself to consider what you experienced and how it applies to your life. More specifically, if any insights or intuitions came to you, it will be after the ceremony is over that you will take time to plan how you will integrate what was gleaned and gifted from this powerful modality.
QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS
If you have any questions or concerns prior to the session please feel free to reach out and schedule a time to communicate with Michael. We want you to feel supported in every way possible, and we want you to show up to your ceremony feeling confident and ready for whatever unfolds.
GROUP DYNAMICS AND ENERGY
Every person who shows up for the ceremony is an integral part of our collective group. Make an effort when you come to introduce yourself to a few people and spark up some conversations. Most likely you will meet someone who has had several experiences with breathwork in a ceremonial setting and you might find a new friend in the process. We’re all about building community and supporting one another on our individual and shared healing journeys.
OTHER IMPORTANT REQUESTS
Please make sure your phone is on airplane mode.
Please do not take any phone calls or texts while the ceremony.
