Please join us at LUXE Body Image for Hatha Yoga Flow with Michael Fireborn. This boutique yoga studio, located in quaint downtown Crockett, offers a wonderful community wellness space to stretch your limbs, quiet your mind, and align yourself emotionally and spiritually.

Be prepared to flow and vibe out to an uplifting mix of Bhakti, devotional, and world music. To ground our practice, this class also incorporates a small amount of pranayama (breathwork) and sacred chanting at the beginning and end of each session. Wear comfortable clothing, bring hydration, and always be ready to sing with Michael!
