The Experience

Held at LUXE Body Image in Crockett, you will be welcomed with open arms for an evening combining powerful ecstatic breathwork with the restorative medicine of sound healing vibrations.

During this event, you will experience a holotropic-style breathing technique performed while lying flat on your back. We provide a deeply comforting space complete with cushioned bedding, soft blankets, eye coverings, and everything you need for a truly transformative journey of self-exploration.

What to Expect

Once you are settled into your space, Michael will give you clear instructions on the technique and what you may experience. This is a safe, supportive container built for breakthrough experiences.

Breathwork is a powerful, transformative practice that teaches you to "heal thyself." You may find yourself laughing out loud with joy, or perhaps weeping tears of both release and happiness. True healing happens when we allow whatever needs to surface to simply come up. When it does, we say yes, feel it fully, and allow it to move through us.
